Absolutely. Every Bag Terminal locker is fitted with smart locks, monitored by CCTV 24/7, and located in secure, high-traffic areas. All stored items are insured up to £10,000 for your peace of mind.
Pricing starts from £1.50/hr for a Small locker, £2/hr for Medium, £2.50/hr for Large, and £3.50/hr for Extra Large. Daily caps apply at 8 hours so you never pay more than the day rate. You only pay for the duration you need — no hidden fees.
We offer four sizes: Small (20×40×65 cm) for handbags and daypacks, Medium (31×40×65 cm) for backpacks and laptop bags, Large (62×40×65 cm) for cabin bags and carry-ons, and Extra Large (93×40×65 cm) for full-size suitcases or multiple bags.
No stress. There's a 15-minute grace period after your booking ends. After that, you'll be charged for the extra time at the standard hourly rate. We'll send you reminders before your booking expires so you're never caught off guard.
Yes. Cancel at least 1 hour before your booking start time and you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked. Cancellations within the final hour or after the booking has started are non-refundable. You can cancel from your bookings page or by emailing hello@bagterminal.com.
